One of the best supporters groups in Major League Soccer have finally got some recognition they deserve thanks to a video documentary produced about Chicago Fire’s Section 8, which was created by three DePaul University film students.

The 15-minute short film entitled “Living in the Red: The Chicago Fire Soccer Team Fan Base, Section 8″ can be seen above.

    Good film, basically these guys (and gal) are describing how any supporter feels.

    After dealing with the more extreme element on the Internet, it’s good to be reminded that most supporters are inclusive and positive.

    awesome short doc. really like the comparison of MLS fans to the early fans of EPL/European clubs.

    i wish there was an equivalent for every team’s supporters. and then i wish they were all combined into one awesome big documentary.

    Section 8 is NOT a “supporters group”. It’s an independent umbrella that represent all supporters groups of the Chicago Fire and it’s independent fans.
