US U-20’s Crush Poland in the World Cup

Tonight’s 6-1 win for the US Under 20 team at the U-20 World Cup (formerly the FIFA World Youth Championships) was as good a performance as I have ever seen by any US team against respectable opposition in a FIFA or CONCACAF event.(note I excluded COMEBOL events because the 3-0 win over Argentina in the 1995 Copa America deserves its own spot at the very top) I’ll have much more on the win by Thomas Rongen’s boys later tonight.
