I also got back to the area for the '94 World Cup match between Ireland and Italy. (And I saw my share of pointy-ball games there as well). So I'll miss Giants Stadium and will always remember it fondly. It was kind of a soulless place (as were most stadia built in the '60s and '70s), but a lot of great things happened there.
