    Davis said he wrote the piece “tongue in cheek,” but he still provided an interesting point of view. Great crowds for the most part, though.

    Was it just because I am in pain, or was the only team he mentioned being eliminated, the Sounders ?…..ouch.

    MLS had to be nervous about the 1st leg crowds and the Columbus crowd to start the 2nd half.
    I just don’t get the disparity. At all.

    63,000 people came out to watch the Dynamo and Seattle series. I am sure that’s got to rank towards the top. Throw in Galaxy/Chivas and you have 115,000. That’s probably the highest numbers the western conference has ever seen.

    well columbus had 2 things going against them. 1 is was very cold that night and 2. the local media sucks at promoting the crew.
    basically Crew fans are just going to have to take a more grass roots aproach to keep there team in columbus.

    personally i support picketing the local news media until they start helping on supporting the MLS Teams.

    RSL attendance would have been much better NOT on Halloween. Friday night would have been great.
