Anyway the MLS can get revenue they need to.
Then they need to spend it on players.

Many average Americans ( as opposed to when I started rooting for the Sounders 30 year ago ), are revenue generator for soccer....but not for the MLS ( away from Seattle ). Why ? They don't think it is the best.
Barring a 2010 miracle from the National team, they won't be, until the MLS start keeping the talent at home.

If the city of Dallas doesn't even care about this team (insanely low attendance), why should I? That's how I feel about it. This team feels like a team that is about to fold. The Galaxy will always be important to the league. But Dallas seems like they could disappear, be replaced by St. Louis or something, and no one would really notice.

By the time MLS will realize this, it will be too late: no Beckham, no donovan, no cunningham, and all the young stars of FC Dallas will be looking abroad. But yes, it'd be a good idea to look into it

Pace and chances. I caught a little bit of some College Soccer on FSC last weekend, and it was a good game because all of the players were going 100% and it provided a pace and openness to the game that I rarely see in MLS. The talent quality was a little bit lower, but it was a more exciting game because of it.
