There’s a full slate of MLS action this weekend, but we begin the weekend preview with a farewell to Brian McBride.
McBride, former Fulham captain and U.S. international, announced that this season would be his last for the Fire on Friday.
It’s the end of a long and successful career for the target man, who was a faithful servant to every shirt he pulled on.
American soccer fans owe him a debt of gratitude, and I, for one, will miss him.
