MLS is very famous for being stupid and stubborn and just not "getting it". But MLS has shown it can learn, so don't give up hope. It isn't a good sign that MLS points to attendance figures in MLS during the World Cup being good as reason not to take time off. MLS needs to figure out that there's more to the story than just attendance figures.

I really don't understand what the mls is trying to do here. Are they just being stupid and stubborn? I don't believe there is one good reason for the mls not to limit their schedule during the CONCACAF games and FIFA blackout dates.

It hurts the US National team and it hurts the product the mls is trying to sell this is a no win situation without any rhyme or reason.

This is why i have concerns for the future of the mls.
