I would normally take this opportunity to heap more dung on Frisco FC, but I give respect to Cunningham. Who would have thought that losing Cooper would be the best thing to happen to Dallas since the invention of hairspray?

I agree Robert- if the award is for the player who had the greatest impact on his team, it has to be Cunningham. If it is the best player on the best team, Donovan, Cameron, Schelotto, Thornton and maybe one or two others get considered.

Absolutely — Cunningham should boots-down be 2009 MVP. Don’t forget David Ferreira for Newcomeer of the Year ;)

Bradley is going to have to consider him especially since The Responsibility Twins appear to be more into partying and Twittering.

I disagree with him as the choice unless they make playoffs. Where was he earlier when they needed wins early in the season? It’s a marathon, not a sprint…
