It would be nice to see new faces in the Copa Libertadores (but I personally believe that it would be better to allow more teams to it) and it would also distribute the competitions strength in the Americas. It gets annoying to see the same childish mentality glorifying themselves as the best in the Americas and then have the same annual results in the Copa Libertadores. That same group that thinks they can go to any CONMEBOL competition and do whatever they please such as coughing and blowing snot at the opponent as a cowardly threat.
