		<description>Goalkeepers are like all players. If you want to find out how good/bad they are, you must play them regularly. Spot starting in soccer is like pinch-hitting in baseball. I saw every home game of Wicks as the Timber goallkeeper when they were undefeated at home for the season. He showed great presence, skill, and decision-making. Glad he is finally getting a full chance.</description>

I was telling everyone who asked two years ago, when he was still in Portland, that Wicks could develop into the best keeper in MLS. He struggled in LA, but then who hasn&#039;t. Now in DC, it seems he&#039;s scraped off the rust and is showing his true potential.</description>
